Returns & Refund Policy

Returns

  • Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

  • Damaged or Defective Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@danishaa.com.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized jewelry or items on final sale.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
